Cross country

Cross country
I think cross country should be compulsory because it keeps us healthy and also fit. Running does make us tired but did you know that it improves metabolism and helps with efficient oxygen delivery through our body.

You could get diabetes from not running or even not trying the cross country, running running in the cross country is, basically exercise to keep healthy. Keeping healthy is an option, do you really want to stay home with a sickness not able to do anything? Well then we should all start running.

If math, writing and reading is something you have to do then why don’t you do running, you could run half, and walk the other half or just walk the whole thing. Did you know you always run at least two times because maybe you need to go and get the mail, but you want to stay on your device so you have to run to get the mail, so you always run at least two times a day.

Running is not for everyone, but that doesn’t mean you can’t run half way of at least somewhere because I didn’t to do it but I tried and ran with all my friends and also i took breaks so it doesn't really matter at least you try and run someway. Have you ever thought about those people who didn't want to do the cross country well they did it to try.

This is why i think  cross country should be compulsory. Running  basically keeps you healthy, nice and fit, people should walk not going in cars because the gas is basically polluting the sky
