- What was the climax of the novel?
I personally think that the climax of the novel of this book is when Becky found out where the dogs were going when they lost or could not race anymore,and found out alfie got killed.
- What were the major things which help to resolve the plot?
When Craig stole Best Mate and Becky didn't know where he come from and ran away and almost got reunited with his original owner.
- Is this novel realistic/believable? Why?
Yes,because there is a such thing as racing greyhounds and people actually do steal other dogs just to win.
- Would you recommend this novel to a friend?
Yes,I really love this book and think that if my friends read it they will be surprise just like i was.
- Did this novel met your expectations? Why?
No,It was not really what i thought it was going to be about, i thought that it was going to be about a special dogs that is rally fast and runs a lot but instead it was about a guy saving these dogs and keeping one and he gets kidnapped to race for money and does not end up with his original owner in the beginning.
